What does the registration fee for on-site attendance include?
The on-site registration fee includes full access to all congress sessions and activities. In addition, the following services are provided:
Day 23: Access to two coffee breaks (morning and afternoon), lunch, and the official conference dinner.
Day 24: Access to two coffee breaks (morning and afternoon) and lunch.
Is it possible to obtain a certificate of attendance?
Yes, a certificate of attendance will be issued after the event, using the personal details you provided during registration.
Is it possible to request an invoice for the ticket purchase?
Yes, once payment has been completed, the invoice corresponding to the ticket purchase will be issued to you.
Is the venue accessible for persons with disabilities?
Yes, all venues are fully adapted and accessible for persons with disabilities.
Is it possible to bring a guest to the official conference dinner?
Yes, it is possible to be accompanied at the official dinner.
To do so, you must indicate it explicitly in the payment form, and an additional fee will be applied in accordance with the established conditions.
In which languages will the conference sessions be conducted?
In english
Is it possible to follow the conference online?
Yes, the necessary information will be provided to you a few days prior to the start of the conference, allowing you to access all sessions online.
How should I communicate any food intolerances or dietary restrictions?
You must explicitly indicate any food intolerances or dietary restrictions in the payment form.
